Abstract
An experiment that excites exclusively coupled nuclei pairs is present ed. It involves the biselective defocusing and refocusing of coupled t ransverse magnetization under double pulsed field gradient spin echo c onditions. Application to the extraction of subspectra from crowded CO SY spectra is presented, as well as a doubly selective version of the homonuclear J-resolved experiment. (C) 1998 Academic Press.
