IDIOPATHIC NEPHROTIC SYNDROME AND HEXADACTYLY IN 2 BROTHERS

Familial idiopathic nephrotic syndrome is rare. Only about 3% of patie nts have affected siblings. The association of familial nephrotic synd rome with congenital abnormalities is even more uncommon. To our knowl edge this is the first report of the association of steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome and postaxial hexadactyly in two brothers born to c onsanguineous parents.
