Abstract
The influence of mechanical treatment on acidic and cata lytical prope rties of the external surface ZSM type zeolites by paramagnetic probe method was investigated. The zeolite external surafce was modified by covering with silica, orthophosphoric acid treatment and exchange of z eolite acidic protons to lithium ions. It was shown, that due to mecha nical treatment the achieved changes in surface properties were destru cted and the external surface was renovated.
