Abstract
We have performed self-consistent-field (SCF) calculations of the elec tronic structure of InSe/GaSe superlattices with square-well potential profile within the effective-mass theory. We have calculated the opti cal transition matrix elements involving transitions from the hole sta tes to electron states, and we have also computed the oscillates stren gth matrix elements for the transitions among the electron states.
