Abstract
This article describes a new method of teaching evidence-based medicin e in one training general practice which has been popular with the reg istrar and partners in the practice. The teaching and learning with an Educational Prescription aims to equip the registrar with skills for lifelong, problem-centred, self-directed learning. The scheme can easi ly be introduced into any training or teaching practice.
