Abstract
Three samples having composite structure are examined by an X-ray tomo graphic scanner for pixel sizes of 20 to 160 mu m. The data are proces sed by the convolution backprojection algorithm and the resulting tomo graphic images are analyzed for the Hamming class of filters. The char acteristic signature of the three specimens is interpreted with the he lp of two error theorems.
