Abstract
Electro-olfactogram (EOG) responses to a diverse range of steroid horm ones were recorded in the African cichlid Haplochromis burtoni. Olfact ory receptor responsiveness was sensitive to the attachment sites of s ulphate and glucuronide groups. (C) 1998 The Fisheries Society of the British Isles.
