Abstract
Associated with the optical head of a laser rangefinder, or any opto-e lectronic system, a vector network analyser can become a non-destructi ve control measurement device providing information about the distance to the target, its profile and its roughness. Thus, possible applicat ions are for instance, 3D recognition, with a scanning system, and sur face inspection.
