Abstract
We have realized receiving - amplifying circuits for a frequency range of 21.0-23.0 GHz using frequency conversion down to 1.5 GHz is put. M ixers and ultra low noise transistor amplifiers based on HEMT-transist ors cooled down to low temperatures were used. The cryoelectronic ultr a low noise transistor amplifier realized (amplification factor K-a = 50 dB and own noise temperature T-n = 45 K) could be used in systems o f satellite and space communication, and also for the realization of s pectrometric systems.
