The resonance properties of the lot: frequency collective plasma modes
excited in the nonequilibrium region of the superconductor by a phase
-slip center in the non-Josephson oscillation regime (NJO) were studie
d. These propagating plasma modes of superconducting electrons are of
technical importance because of the wave guiding properties of a singl
e superconducting film. We have studied changes in resonance frequency
of these oscillations depending on the superconducting film thickness
It was determined that this effect is closely related to the magnitud
e of the superconductor kinetic inductance. For the nonequilibrium reg
ion of 10 microns length it was found that near the temperature of the
superconducting transition ( T > 0,99 . T-c) the resonance frequency
lies in the radio-frequency band close to 30 MHz.
