Abstract
Recently Danone has been packaging a yoghurt product in a degradable p ackage made of the renewable raw material polylactic acid (PLA). Apart from the development aspects of the tubs themselves, the company had to devise a disposal strategy and make preparations for a life-cycle a nalysis.
