Abstract
Phlebectasia of the jugular vein is a rare entity, manifested as a com pressible cystic mass in the neck that appears on straining. The autho rs report the postpartum presentation of jugular phlebectasia and disc uss the benefit of color-flow duplex imaging in the diagnosis and foll ow-up of this condition.
