Abstract
Diagnostic evaluation of the patient with an intracranial aneurysm is guided by the clinical presentation and surgical plan. This article re views the state-of-the-art technologies for imaging of subarachnoid he morrhage and aneurysms and presents strategies for applying imaging st udies in the context of common clinical scenarios.
