Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (Osler-Weber Rendu) disease is c
haracterized by cutaneous, mucosal, and visceral vascular anomalies. T
wo patients were previously described with coronary artery aneurysms (
ectasia) associated with this disease. This report describes a patient
with Osler-Weber-Rendu disease in whom multiple coronary arteriovenou
s malformations were identified during coronary angiography. The patie
nt presented with anginal chest pain resulting from severe anemia. Upp
