The time-resolved spectroscopy measurements were used to study the kin
etics of energy transfer process in the pulse radiolysis of xenon- flu
oro- and chlorofluoromethanes mixtures. The main channel, at xenon pre
ssure above 40 Torr, seems to be of third order, while at lower xenon
