The deviations of R-c, R-b from the standard model are discussed withi
n our theory, the chiral extension of standard model and its supersymm
etrization. Combining R-c, R-b with the coupling constants g(v), g(A)
of Z(0) decay, Gamma(W+ --> e(+)nu(e)) of W+ and the Michel parameters
rho(tau) of tau decay, the mixing angles between hadronic and leptoni
c quarks and the form factors of the leptonic axial currents are deter
mined within experimental errors, from which it is found that the mass
of down leptonic quark of the third generation is about twice the mas
s of top quark.
