Abstract
Posttransplantation lymphoproliferative disorder (MZD) occurs in appro ximately 5% of patients after orthotopic heart transplantation. MZD is frequently fatal. PTLD rarely involves the cardiac allograft. We repo rt the first case of MZD seen as a mass in the cardiac allograft.
