Abstract
X-ray analysis has established the crystal structure of a non-centrosy mmetric polymorph of 2,2'-dipyridyl diselenide, C10H8N2Se2, at ambient temperature, The molecular structure is very similar to the low-tempe rature structure of the centrosymmetric monoclinic form reported recen tly. The crystal packing in the two polymorphs is compared.
