Abstract
lorophthalimido-4,5dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (2) and naphthalimi do)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (3) were synthesized from the reactions of (aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (1) wi th tetrachlorophthalic anhydride and 1,8-naphthalic anhydride, respect ively. In addition, the reactions of 4-amino-4H-1,2,4-triazoles (4) wi th succinic anhydride and phthalic anhydride were studied.
