Abstract
The kinetics of petroleum biodegradation has been studied by factorial experimental design. The most important parameters were chosen: subst rate nature and concentration, stirring and bacterial community. The r esults show the presence of a step at the third week for all experimen ts. Experimental design allowed the determination of parameter influen ce and their interactions.
