Abstract
In computer-controlled experiments the visual illusions were studied w hich appeared in human subjects under conditions of diffuse rhythmic p hotostimulation through the closed eyes with the individual dominant a lpha-rhythm frequency. A significant correlation was demonstrated betw een the type of experienced illusion (or its absence) and the trajecto ry of the alpha-wave travelling in the prestimulation and stimulation periods.
