Abstract
This article reviews the conceptual basis and psychometric strengths a nd limitations of the Suinn-Lew Asian Self-Identity Acculturation Scal e (SL-ASIA; Suinn, Ahuna, & Khoo, 1992; Suinn, Khoo, & Ahuna, 1995: Su inn, Rickard-Figueroa, Lew, & Vigil, 1987). Specific recommendations f or reliability and validity studies are put forth.
