Abstract
The temperature dependence of the diagonal resistivity rho(xx) was inv estigated at v = 1 quantum Hall regime, in tilted magnetic fields in t erms of activation resistance. We found that the high temperature extr apolated value of the diagonal resistivity p(0) has complicated depend ence on the applied total magnetic field. This dependence was discusse d in terms of skyrmion excitation using the edge channel model with ba ck-scattering. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
