J. Jaroszynski et al., PROBING SPIN DYNAMICS BY CONDUCTANCE FLUCTUATIONS AND NOISE IN MESOSCOPIC SPIN-GLASS, Physica. B, Condensed matter, 251, 1998, pp. 500-503
Millikelvin magnetoconductance studies performed in mesoscopic spin-gl
ass n(+)-Cd1-xMnxTe wires reveal strong effects of Mn spins upon unive
rsal conductance fluctuations. In particular, scattering potential of
the frozen spins leads to magnetic and thermal irreversibilities of th
e fluctuation patterns. Slowly fluctuating spins, on the other hand, a
re an efficient source of conductance noise providing a real-time prob
e of spin dynamics. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved
