Abstract
We have studied the magnetoresistance oscillation (magnetic Weiss osci llation) in a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) subjected to a one-d imensional periodic modulation of magnetic field. We estimated the amp litudes of strain induced potential modulation and the magnetic field modulation by independently controlling the magnetic field components parallel and perpendicular to the 2DEG plane.
