The right gastroepiploic artery has been definitively recognized as a
reliable conduit for coronary artery bypass grafting with excellent cl
inical results and midterm patency, Our experience with internal thora
cic artery skeletonization and the similarities between the gastroepip
loic and internal thoracic arteries prompted us to modify the gastroep
iploic artery harvesting technique. The purpose of this report is to p
resent the advantages of the skeletonized gastroepiploic artery graft.
