A numerical procedure has been applied to a coupled surface integral e
quation for computing the resistance of an overetched circuit trace wi
th a trapezoidal class section. A universal diagram of resistance vers
us normalized frequency is provided for three aspect ratios. The high-
frequency behavior of the resistance is also discussed. (C) 1998 John
