The dissipative electron transport in the free-standing semiconductor
wire in the presence of electromagnetic wave is considered. The non-Ma
rkovian Langevin-like equations describing both kinetics and fluctuati
ons of an electron are obtained. It is shown that in the 1D case elect
romagnetic wave influences on electron-phonon interaction drastically
that increases the electron mobility. Phonon emission spectrum and ene
