Abstract
The electrical properties of a series of lambda-type BETS conductors, lambda-BETS2(FexGa1-x)Cl-4 can be controlled continuously by varying t he x-value. The system shows a metal-insulator transition for x>x(1) ( x(1)approximate to 0.5) and a superconducting transition for x<x(1). T he T-x phase diagram indicates that the system shows the superconducto r-insulator transition for x(2)<x<x(1) (x(2)approximate to 0.35).
