Abstract
The title compound, eta(6)- benzenechlorophenyltriphenylphosphine-ruth enium (II) [(eta 6-C6H6)RuCl(C6H5)(PPh3)], which is unexpectedly forme d by the reaction of [(eta(6)-C6H6)RuCl2(PPh3)] With NaBPh4, has been characterized by H-1, C-13{H-1} and P-31{H-1} NMR spectroscopy, UV-vis ible spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.
