Abstract
The electrical properties of nearly homogeneous samples of AgInTe2 hav e been studied between 100 and 300 K. The charge carrier mobility data has been analyzed by taking into account the scattering by ionized im purities, and acoustic and polar-optical phonon modes. From the analys is of the data, values of the activation donor energy, static dielectr ic constant, and the concentrations of ionized impurities have been es timated. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
