Abstract
A superconducting 7T wiggler is under fabrication in a collaboration b etween Budker INP and LSU CAMD. The wiggler magnet has been successful ly tested inside a bath cryostat and a maximum held of 7.2 T was achie ved after six quenches. The main parameters of the wiggler and the met hod of the wiggler installation onto the storage ring are discussed.
