It is demonstrated that the finite-time scaling approach, derived from
the forced oscillator method, to determine the exponent of the ac con
ductivity sigma(omega) proportional to omega(delta) near the metal-ins
ulator transition point is a very powerful me-hod for evaluating the p
recise value of the exponent delta with high speed and accuracy.
