Abstract
As melanoma evolves, it interacts with the immune system. Based on thi s immunobiology, there are now a number of rationally designed attempt s to develop genetically modified melanoma; vaccines. This article out lines immunologic and other strategies in gene therapy for melanoma an d provides an overview of current clinical trials.
