Abstract
The case of a patient with an extensive pelvic girdle chondrosarcoma t reated with internal hemipelvectomy and intraoperative radiotherapy, f ollowed by adjuvant high-dose external beam radiotherapy, with a succe ssful attempt in achieving long-term local tumor control and limb-spar ing treatment is described.
