Abstract
A short discussion of theoretical calculations of the optical properti es of quasi-one and quasi-bidimensional molecular crystals is presente d. Special attention is devoted to the electron-molecular vibration co upling which is analyzed in charge-transfer salts with tetrathiafulval ene (TTF) derivatives (including giant analoges of TTF) as donor compo nents.
