Abstract
The excitation function is measured for Be-7 + p elastic resonance sca ttering at an angle of 180 degrees in the center-of-mass frame. The me asurements are made by a new method which combines the advantages of i nverse kinematics and thick targets. New information is obtained about the structure of the levels in the B-8 nucleus.
