Abstract
In this work a Monte Carlo approach to the electron-phonon quantum tra nsport is presented and studied. It is shown that the Monte Carlo meth od can be applied for solving quantum transport equations. Numerical r esults are also presented. (C) 1998 IMACS/Elsevier Science B.V.
