beta-sympathicomimetic ritodrine chloridrate is a commonly used tocoly
tic agent for the treatment of preterm labour: Previous reports have d
escribed the occurrence of liver test abnormalities during ritodrine a
dministration but the clinical significance and incidence of this side
effect are still un clear: We report on Two cases including one with
a positive rechallenge of liver injury during oral ritodrine administr
ation and a review of the literature.
