Two cases of recurrent pancreatitis, due to duodenal duplication, are
reported. The aim of this paper is to emphasise the role of endoscopic
retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) or percutaneous transhepat
ic cholangiography (PTC) in the detection of associated pancreaticobil
iary anomalies and in the planning of the correct surgical approach. T
