Abstract
A 21-year-old woman with complete uterus-vaginal duplication, hemivagi nal obstruction and ipsilateral renal agenesis is presented. Ultrasono graphy shows uterus duplication with a parauterine cystic mass. MRI de monstrated uterus duplication and also a para/infra uterine mass with T1 and T2 weighted high-signal-intensity disclosing its serohematic na ture. Surgical procedure confirmed the MRI findings.
