Abstract
H-3-SCH 51048 and C-14-SCH 56592 have been synthesized. H-3-SCH 51048 was prepared in two steps by acid catalyzed tritium exchange while C-1 4-SCH 56592 was prepared in three steps from C-14-formamidine acetate in an overall 21% radiochemical yield.
