Abstract
A scaling analysis near the paramagentic-to-ferromagnetic transition t emperature has been performed on amorphous Fe90-xMnxZr10 (x = 1.2 and 5.0) alloys. The extracted values for the critical exponents beta, gam ma, and delta are found to be higher than those predicted by the three -dimensional Heisenberg model. This result supports the idea that belo w T(c) the magnetic state is not a collinear ferromagnetic state.
