Abstract
This paper reports a case of right ventricular dysplasia, in which the patient presented with atrioventricular block and was followed for mo re than 8 years under left ventricular epicardial pacing. Five years a fter first epicardial pace maker implantation, loss of capture occurre d. Replacement of the epicardial leads was performed.
