Abstract
We address the problem of defining the four-potential, A(mu)(a)(x), on the lattice, in terms of the natural link variables, U-mu(x). Differe nt regularized definitions are shown, through non perturbative numeric al computation, to converge towards the same continuum renormalized li mit. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
