Abstract
Seven species in (or with anamorphs in) the genus Aspergillus are sign ificant or emerging agents of respiratory and sinus colonizations. The y are A. fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus terreus, Aspergill us nidulans, Aspergillus niger; Aspergillus ochraceus, and Neosartorya pseudofischeri. isolation and correct identification and ecologic und erstanding of these species assists in studies of epidemiology and pat hogenesis.
