Abstract
We develop the total effective Lagrangian of the two-photon couplings to the color-singlet neutral pseudo-Goldstone boson P0, as predicted i n technicolor models. We calculate the effect of t-quark loop on the c oupling. Such effect significantly changes the coupling strength which ordinarily arise from the Wess-Zumino term.
