Abstract
Umbilical cord blood T cells are less functional. Different explanatio ns have been proposed. In this study we analyze the V beta T cell cord blood repertoire. All the V beta families are expressed. We found onl y the overexpression of three V beta: V beta 5-1, V beta 5-2, V beta 2 1-2.
