Abstract
An explanation is given within a previously proposed theory of gravita tion with broken conjugation and parity symmetry (C and P violation) f or the recently detected effect of non-Faraday rotation of the polariz ation plane in the propagation of electromagnetic radiation over cosmo logical distances.
