Abstract
Cornea Plana is a bilateral and asymmetric congenital malformation of
the corneo-scleral shape. Corneo-scleral lenses are said to be the pre
ferential treatment. We reported the case of a 20-year-old woman, whos
e Cornea Plana was diagnosed at birth, with high hypermetropia and wel
l-corrected with routine spectacles since she was 6 months old.
